Growth: Slow-growing, dense, and round-topped.

Trunk and Limbs: Smooth, gray, and brittle.

Foliage: Evergreen, providing year-round greenery.

Fruit: Small, fleshy, with a pink-red, rough-textured rind. The edible part is a translucent white aril with a sweet, fragrant flavor.

Flowering: January to March, depending on climate.
Fruiting: May to July, typically 3-5 years after planting.
